How our ambassador programs work

Overview

These Affiliate Terms apply to everyone in the Elite X Athletics ambassador programs: Elite Affiliates, Student Athletes and Team Reps / Master Ambassadors (together, "ambassadors"). They are in addition to our Member Terms and Terms & Conditions. Last updated: October 2026.

Applying and approval

Applications are reviewed by our team and we may approve or decline any application. Elite Affiliates must be 18 or older. Student Athletes aged 13-17 join by invitation and need a parent or guardian's consent. Please give accurate information when you apply. If an application is not approved, you can apply again after 90 days.

Your perks

  • Elite Affiliate: 20% off your own orders, a referral code that gives your followers 10% off, and 5% commission.
  • Student Athlete: 30% off your own orders and a 15% referral code for family and friends. No commission.
  • Team Rep / Master Ambassador: 40% off your own orders, a 20% referral code and 10% commission.

Your discount applies automatically when you are signed in. Your referral code cannot be used on your own orders.

Referral codes and links

Sales are credited to you when a customer uses your personal referral code or arrives through your referral link (tracked for 30 days). Please do not post your code on coupon or deal websites, run paid ads on the Elite X Athletics name, or create fake or duplicate orders.

Commission and payment

Commission is calculated on the value of the products in the order after discounts, excluding shipping and tax. It becomes payable once the order is past our 15-day return period; refunded or cancelled orders do not earn commission. We pay commission by PayPal to the PayPal email in your affiliate profile. You are responsible for any taxes on your commission, and we may ask US ambassadors for a W-9 form.

Representing the brand

  • Be honest: only share genuine opinions and do not make claims about our products that we have not made.
  • Show that you are a brand ambassador whenever you post about us, for example with #ad or #TeamEliteX.
  • Keep it respectful: no spam, hateful or misleading content.
  • By tagging us or using #TeamEliteX you allow us to share your posts on our channels, with credit to you. If you are approved we may use your profile photo for your welcome flyer.

Changes and leaving the program

We may update discount levels, commission rates or these terms from time to time; the version on this page applies. We may suspend or remove an ambassador who breaks these terms. You can leave the program at any time by contacting us; commission already earned on eligible orders will still be paid.
