These Terms & Conditions apply to your use of elitexathletics.com (the "Website"), operated by Elite X Athletics LLC, a Florida limited liability company ("Elite X Athletics", "we", "us"). By using the Website or placing an order, you agree to these terms. Last updated: October 2026.

We make every effort to display our products, colors and sizes accurately, but colors may vary slightly by screen. Prices are shown in US dollars and may change at any time. Products are subject to availability, and we may limit or cancel quantities at our discretion.

Your order is an offer to purchase. We may accept or decline any order, for example if a product is unavailable or a pricing error occurs; if we cancel a paid order, we will refund you in full. Payments are processed securely by our payment providers. Applicable sales tax is calculated at checkout.

Shipping times, costs and our return and exchange rules are described in our Shipping Policy and Return and Exchange Policy, which form part of these terms.

You are responsible for keeping your account details secure and accurate. Membership is free. Elite Affiliate, Student-Athlete and team ambassador accounts are subject to application and approval, and participants must represent the brand professionally and follow the program guidelines. Discounts, referral codes, commissions and perks are subject to change, may not be combined unless stated, and may be withdrawn if a program is misused.

Promotional codes are valid only for the period and conditions stated, have no cash value, and may be limited to one per order.

All content on the Website, including the Elite X Athletics name, logo, slogans, product designs, photos and text, belongs to Elite X Athletics or its licensors and may not be used without our written permission.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Elite X Athletics is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the Website or our products. Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States.
