Shipping Policy

All online orders are processed and shipped within 3-5 business days (excluding weekends & holidays). Orders are shipped via USPS or UPS. Please note that any orders placed after 3pm EST will be processed on the following business day.

• Standard shipping (3-5 business days): $9.99
• Expedited shipping (1-3 business days): $14.99

We offer free standard shipping on orders of $250 or more. Elite Members and Elite Affiliates enjoy free standard shipping on orders of $50 or more when signed in to their account.

Applicable Florida sales tax is calculated and shown at checkout before you pay.

You will receive a confirmation email once your order is placed, followed by a second email containing your tracking information once your order has been shipped from our warehouse.

Unfortunately, things happen that are out of our control. In the unlikely event that you do not receive your order after the stated delivery timeframe, or your order is damaged, please contact us at sales@elitexathletics.com within 10 days from the expected delivery date.

Unfortunately, we are unable to make any changes to an order once it is placed. This includes, but is not limited to:

• Changing the item or size
• Delivery/billing address
• Adding/removing items to your order
• Shipping method

Once an order is placed it cannot be cancelled, however you can start a return/exchange once it is delivered.
