Member Terms

These Member Terms apply to the Elite X Athletics membership programs: Elite Member, Elite Affiliate, Student Athlete and Team Rep / Master Ambassador. They are in addition to our Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy. Last updated: October 2026.

• Elite Member (free, open to everyone): 10% off every order.
• Elite Affiliate (application and approval): 20% off your own orders, your own referral code that gives your followers 10% off, and 5% commission on referred sales.
• Student Athlete (ages 13-17, by invitation, with parent/guardian consent): 30% off and a 15% referral code for family and friends. No commission.
• Team Rep / Master Ambassador (by invitation): 40% off, a 20% referral code and 10% commission on referred sales.

You become an Elite Member as soon as you create an account. Elite Affiliate and Student Athlete applications are reviewed by our team, and we will email you once a decision is made. While your application is being reviewed you keep your Elite Member benefits. If an application is not approved, you are welcome to apply again after 90 days.

• Sign in before you shop: your member price is shown and applied automatically to eligible products.
• Only one membership discount applies per order; if you hold more than one level, the best price is used.
• Membership discounts are for your own orders. They may not be shared, sold or used to resell our products.
• Membership discounts cannot be combined with other promotional codes unless we say so.

Approved affiliates and ambassadors receive a personal referral code to share with their followers. Commission is earned on completed orders placed with your code and becomes payable once the order is past our 15-day return period. Commission is paid by PayPal. Using your own code on your own orders, or placing fake or duplicate orders, is not allowed and may lead to removal from the program.

As an Elite Affiliate, Student Athlete or Team Rep you represent Elite X Athletics. Please promote us honestly and respectfully, clearly show that you are a brand ambassador when you post (for example with #ad or #TeamEliteX), and do not use spam, misleading claims or content that could harm the brand. Student Athletes must have a parent or guardian's consent to take part.

We may update program benefits, discount levels or these terms from time to time; the version on this page applies. We may suspend or remove a membership if a program is misused or these terms are broken. You can leave a program at any time by contacting us.
